ProofRails designs, integrates and operates programmable payment and agent infrastructure.
ProofRails OÜ is a small team incorporated in Estonia. We work with companies that want stablecoin payments, paid APIs or agent workflows in production without building and running every layer themselves.
How the company is structured
Managed Services is what customers buy. We map the workflow, design the architecture, connect it to the systems already in place and, where the customer wants it, operate and improve it.
The ProofRails Engine is the technology underneath. It records payments, packages signed evidence, produces ISO 20022-style artifacts, anchors bundle hashes on Flare and supports public verification. It runs today as a hosted API, and its source is public on GitHub.
The ProofRails Platform does not exist yet as a product. When the same components are needed across several deployments, we expect to turn them into reusable software. Until then we describe them as deployment work, not as finished products.
ProofRails is not a custodian, wallet provider or investment manager. Customers or the licensed providers they choose keep custody and final authority over transactions.

Alfredo Mensi
CTO and Co-Founder
Alfredo has more than five years of experience in software development and entrepreneurship. His work on open distributed ledgers for space applications combined AI, blockchain, zero-knowledge proofs and IoT. At ProofRails he leads the technical architecture, the Engine and customer integrations.

Linnéa Sánchez
Operations Lead
Linnéa holds an MSc in psychology and has more than five years of experience in project management and team leadership. She has raised more than $1M from institutions for non-profit organizations. At ProofRails she runs operations and coordinates the team, partners and other stakeholders.

Marek Z
Advisor
Marek is a Senior Solutions Architect at BNP Paribas with more than ten years of experience across software engineering and business development, including web development, cybersecurity, blockchain and IoT. He advises ProofRails on system architecture and DLT integration in banking and payments, including the ISO 20022 standards landscape.
